Real estate investing involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of capital. Ascendry programs, reviews, resources, and AI-assisted tools do not replace your own due diligence or qualified professional advice. AdamIQ is a separate software platform operated by AdamIQ, LLC, and your use of AdamIQ is governed by AdamIQ's own terms, policies, and disclosures.

Founder, Participant, Member, and Testimonial Experiences

AdamIQ is a separate software platform operated by AdamIQ, LLC. Certain Ascendry programs or services may include access to AdamIQ, but AdamIQ is not operated by AscendryRE, LLC.
When you register for or use AdamIQ, you enter into a separate relationship with AdamIQ, LLC. Your use of AdamIQ is governed by AdamIQ's own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, disclaimers, disclosures, software terms, subscription terms, and other applicable agreements. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting those separate terms before using AdamIQ.
References to AdamIQ in Ascendry materials are provided only to describe software access, software features, educational use cases, or resources that may be available to certain participants or clients. Ascendry does not make any independent warranty, guarantee, or representation regarding AdamIQ outputs or any investment, business, underwriting, financing, or transaction outcome resulting from AdamIQ use.
AdamIQ Output and Separate Disclosures
AdamIQ may provide AI-assisted analysis, automated calculations, underwriting outputs, reports, summaries, extractions, assumptions, metrics, or other software-generated information. Those outputs may rely on user-provided information, third-party information, AI-extracted data, automated calculations, or assumptions. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, extraction errors, computational errors, incorrect assumptions, or incomplete analysis.

AI-Assisted Ascendry Services
Ascendry may use or demonstrate AI-assisted tools, systems, automations, workflows, summaries, research, templates, or other AI-generated or AI-supported materials in connection with selected educational, analytical, operational, content, or administrative functions. These tools and outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, incorrect assumptions, or incomplete analysis and are subject to human review and independent verification.
AI-assisted Ascendry Services do not guarantee accuracy, efficiency, labor savings, business performance, investment performance, transaction outcomes, or any other result. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for your own judgment, due diligence, or advice from qualified licensed professionals.
No Professional Relationship
Your use of Ascendry, participation in any Ascendry program, community area, call, workshop, event, deal review, one-on-one session, higher-touch service, or other Service, access to Ascendry materials, or receipt of Ascendry communications does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, investment advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or other professional relationship with Ascendry, its founders, employees, contractors, affiliates, speakers, or representatives.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, investments, business activities, due diligence, professional consultations, and outcomes.
By using Ascendry's Services, you acknowledge that you assume the risks associated with your investment and business activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascendry is not responsible for any loss, damages, investment results, business results, financing outcomes, transaction outcomes, lost opportunities, or other consequences arising from your use of or reliance on Ascendry programs, reviews, content, community areas, events, communications, materials, AI-assisted tools, analytical resources, or other Services, except as otherwise stated in Ascendry's Terms of Service or required by applicable law.
