Privacy Policy

AscendryRE, LLC ("Ascendry," "we," "us," or "our") operates www.ascendryrealestate.com and provides real estate education, programs, community access, events, workshops, analytical resources, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you may have. By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, billing details, account information, form submissions, survey responses, support requests, communications with us, and information you submit when applying for or enrolling in an Ascendry program or service.

Application and qualification information. If you apply for an Ascendry program or higher-touch service, we may collect information about your goals, experience, investment criteria, asset-class interests, market preferences, timeline, budget or capital readiness, business background, and other information used to understand your needs, evaluate fit, or prepare for a call or engagement.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor. We do not store your full payment card number. Payment processors may collect and process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Program and community information. If you participate in an Ascendry program or community, which may be hosted on Circle or another platform, we may collect or access information related to your profile, posts, comments, messages, files, documents, event registrations, program activity, call or event participation, recordings or transcripts where applicable, community activity, and other content you submit or share through the Services.

Deal and property information. If you submit a deal, property, or transaction for education, underwriting review, discussion, or other Services, we may collect or receive offering memoranda, rent rolls, operating statements, underwriting assumptions, LOIs, diligence materials, property information, financial information, transaction documents, and other materials you choose to provide. These materials may contain information about third parties. You should provide only information you have the right to share and avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information. Information submitted directly to AdamIQ is governed by AdamIQ's separate privacy terms as described in Section 3.

Usage and device information. We may collect information about how you access and use the Services, including pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, browser type, device type, IP address, approximate location, operating system, timestamps, and similar usage information.

Communications information. We may collect information related to emails, text messages, calls, forms, support requests, messaging platforms, and other communications, including whether you opened or interacted with certain messages.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from service providers, payment processors, community platforms, CRM tools, analytics providers, marketing tools, business partners, or other sources, where permitted by law.

Certain Ascendry programs or services may include access to AdamIQ. AdamIQ is a separate software platform operated by AdamIQ, LLC.

If you register for or use AdamIQ, your use of AdamIQ and the information collected through AdamIQ are governed by AdamIQ's own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, disclosures, and platform rules. Ascendry's Privacy Policy applies only to Ascendry's Services and does not replace AdamIQ's separate privacy terms.

5. Community Visibility

Information you post, upload, comment, message, or share within an Ascendry community or group environment may be visible to other participants, administrators, moderators, or service providers depending on the settings and the area where you share it.

You should not share confidential, proprietary, sensitive, regulated, personal, or third-party information unless you have the right to do so and are comfortable with the risks of sharing it in a community environment.

Ascendry is not responsible for how other participants use information that you choose to share with them.

6. Email, Text, and Messaging Communications

We may send transactional or administrative communications related to your account, application, enrollment, purchases, billing, installment payments, policy updates, security, support, programs, and the Services.

We may also send marketing emails where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send transactional or administrative messages.

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP or using any other opt-out method we make available.

If you communicate with Ascendry through WhatsApp or another third-party messaging platform, information may also be processed by that platform according to its own terms and privacy policy.

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, log files, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, support security, and evaluate marketing effectiveness.

We do not currently use cross-site advertising trackers on the website. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any consent or opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, manage applications and program participation, process transactions, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business purposes.

Ascendry does not sell personal information. Ascendry does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising based on activity across unrelated websites or services.

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
